Works fine.

Ive been using the app instead of the controller because the blinking light is goofy and its just another device to keep track off and keep charged. My only issue with the app is that the slide area needs to be lower. Full throttle is so close to the top edge that sometimes you slide to far and the motor cuts out. Also, whats with the 18 displayed speed on startup? Is there a cheat code to unlock 18mph?
